Levi Brown. Levi has proudly served in the restaurant industry for 18 years. He has worked virtually every position, from busboy to general manager and everything in between. Levi considers himself fortunate to have learned cooking techniques from some of the best chefs in the south and worked under some of the most successful General Managers in the southeast. Levi leads by example and promotes a positive, healthy, and fun atmosphere for all employees. Levi challenges the staff of Auburn Draft House everyday with this philosophy: “Not only do I believe in putting out a fresh product, I also believe in top notch customer service. One of my many goals is to put the best possible customer service ever.”

Ryan Odom. Chef Ryan "RT" Odom has spent most of his life living in Alabama and has been cooking in and around Auburn for over 10 years. Chef “RT” graduated from Auburn University in 2014 with a degree in Food Science. With his education, experience, and passion, Chef RT and his team focus on preparing the best and most creative burgers and pizzas in Auburn for the many fans of Draft House.
